Overview
Radha Krishna Law College is a centre of legal education located on Meerut Road at Singhawali-Ahir in the Baghpat district of Uttar Pradesh. The College is run by the Angoori Devi Educational Trust, is affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh (CCS) University, Meerut, and is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
The College offers two professional law degrees:
- LL.B. — a three-year programme for graduates of any discipline;
- B.Com LL.B.* — a five-year integrated programme combining commerce and law, for students who have completed Class 12.
Both programmes prepare students to enrol as advocates and to build careers at the Bar, in the judiciary, in corporate and commercial practice, in public service and in legal aid.
About Us
Radha Krishna Law College was established by the Angoori Devi Educational Trust with a clear purpose: to bring quality legal education within the reach of the young men and women of Baghpat and the surrounding rural and semi-urban region, so that talented students do not have to travel far from home to study law.
The College believes that law is learned best when it is both understood and practised. Students take part in moot courts, drafting and pleading exercises, client counselling, visits to courts and legal aid activities, and complete internships with advocates and courts as required by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
Equally important is the development of character. The College encourages debates, seminars, guest lectures, sports, cultural programmes and community service, so that its students grow into confident, ethical and socially responsible professionals.
